Sergeant Jesus Parras and Officer Todd Carter were both awarded the California Highway Patrol’s 10851 pin for showing exceptional abilities in the area of vehicle theft enforcement.
During the period of October 2017 through November 2018, Sergeant Parras and Officer Carter recovered 8 occupied stolen vehicles, which resulted in the arrest of ten suspects. Additionally, they recovered 17 abandon stolen vehicles.
As a symbol of their devotion to duty and extra effort in the area of stolen vehicle recovery, Sergeant Parras and Officer Carter will wear the 10851 pin on their uniform. The California Highway Patrol and the Los Banos Police Department congratulates Sergeant Parras and Officer Carter on a job well done.
