After so much planning, dedication, and expectation, the 80th Anniversary of the Celebration of Our Lady of Mount Carmel is now history. The tridium was honored, the flowers embraced the beautiful statue of Our Lady, the songs sung, the huge lunch eaten, the Auction held its last bid, the Benediction said, and the new officers installed. If you listened carefully you could hear a soft, relieved sigh by the members of the hard working committee. It had gone well. Their ancestors would be pleased.
