The Los Banos Police Department welcomed our newest officers during a graduation and swearing-in ceremony in San Jose, California.
Richard Mancera, 29, and Luis Castellanos, Jr., 28, graduated from the 17th class of the Santa Clara Sheriff’s Justice Training Center.
