Joe J. Alvernaz, 90 of Los Banos passed away Friday, June 6th at his residence.
Mr. Alvernaz was born in Gustine and was a resident of Los Banos for 62 years. He was a dairyman for 60 years and a parishioner of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Los Banos.
Mr. Alvernaz is survived by his wife, Mary Alvernaz; daughters, Sam Marie Alvernaz-Wallace (David) of Los Banos, Bobbi Jo of Madera, Judy Avila of Gustine, Tammy Saenz of Los Banos. Step-son James Martin.
And 8 grandchildren.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, June 13th at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Los Banos. Interment to follow at the Los Banos District Cemetery in Los Banos.
