On January 7th 2014, a vehicle driven by Mr. John Galli jumped the curb as he accidentally stepped on the accelerator instead of the brake pedal. The car hit the park bench knocking it off its bolted position and then dinged the wall next to 6th diner. There are no reported injuries. Damage was limited to Mr Galli’s car and the park bench.
